I need to remove Microsoft Team video chat function from outlook email invites.

Do you mean you want to remove the Teams meeting link automatically included in the meeting invitation you created?

If this is the case, for individual meeting invites, you can select the Teams meeting section to manually delete it. If you want to disable this for all meetings, you can go to File > Options > Calendar, clear the checkbox of "Add online meeting to all meetings":
