failed benefitzs

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

As an MCT trainer, I can only access the benefit and service program to a very limited extent. It starts with the fact that I have completed all my certifications in the C#/.NET environment and am currently an active MCT trainer.

Unfortunately, I can hardly use the benefit program: Activation keys for software can be found at: https://my.visualstudio.com/ProductKeys?mkt=de-de I can use Windows activation keys, but exactly for my area of expertise I need Visual Studio 2022 and the keys are not listed there.

In general, the Visual Studion versions are not listed with me.

However, all other software that I do not need for my training.

Another issue is that I don't have access to https://labs.xtremelabs.io.

I use the same login data as for the MCT dashboard.

The same applies to https://shop.courseware-marketplace.com/de-DE/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2fde-DE

Can you please help me?
