asr with oraclr

dears,

We have a local oracle DB server, kindly advise if we need additional licenses to add the server to ASR and to run the server on the cloud when needed.
ASR is configured for vmwawre machines for my on premises environment. do i need separate licenses for oracle?

specs: Oracle Database 11G
Windows server 2016 Standard

Apologies for delay in response to your query. Much appreciate your patience in this matter.

We can comment on license mobility for Microsoft licenses only (Windows, SQL, etc.). For third party applications like Oracle, you will need to confirm with them whether licenses are mobile or whether additional licenses must be procured. I recommend doing a DR drill in test environment regardless of what Oracle states, just to be sure that the application will run in the DR region post failover.
