WindowsAPP Offline reinstallation

ello To everyone

From what i had understood, due to the fact that we installed Windows from an ISO where all WindowsAPP were removed, for security reason we are not able to reinstall them. Some Important user now has requested Windows Calculator, Camera and Photos but without the Store seems to be impossible. I've tried re-install them with powershell but no success.

There is an alternative way?...just download some Appx-package...or what else?

Just an advice, what can be an alternative mainly or windows cameras to capture video with the webcam?

There is an ISO that contains the Inbox apps. Please see picture below. Cannot seem to find it in Visual Studio Subscriptions, but contact a Microsoft distributor to see if they can locate it for you.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately we don't have an VLSC Membership.......the only solution now, is to find some alternative piece of software software in replacing of Windows Camera and Windows Photos or Reinstall/Upgrade Windows to a new release.

Where did you get the Windows ISO? Volume Licensing Service Center? Maybe they have the inbox apps ISO

Take a look at @Anonymous 's answer below #2 might sounds like something similar to what I attempted a couple years or so again before the apps were made available in an ISO.

Read the question - this is not possible in pure offline environment as every store app requires licensing token. You need to go through https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-store/distribute-offline-apps however a lot of apps are missing there, including the ones mentioned by OP.
No known solution exist for offline environment besides using alternatives for aforementioned apps.
