i have installed a windows server 2019 on a new server, promoted it to domain controller, i wanted to log in again as local user, so i changed in system configuration to safe mode and active directory repair. so basically i put the domain controller in DSRM mode. but the problem is i did not create a local account and now i can't login to my server since i thought that the administrator account that i created before promoting the server to a domain controller would be still working as a local account. but it is not. so my question is how to reboot the domain controller in normal mode knowing that i can't login in safe mode.?

Once a domain controller is promo'd then the local accounts are converted to domain accounts. Local accounts no longer exist on your domain controller.

Well thanks for replying. But did you read what i wrote? I know what you just said. But as i said i rebooted the DC in safe mode with repair domain. So now the domain accounts don't work anymore and i don't have local accounts to login with in safe mode. So i am going to repeat my question, is there a way to restart the DC in normal mode without logging to the local server?
F8 at startup and choose the last option Start Windows Normally
