Creating Bulletin Tab Error

We are trying to add a Bulletins tab to our team in TEAMS and its giving us the following message , "Something went wrong" Which does not help solve the issue. Can you assist?

Do you have the same problem in Teams web client?

To exclude the client issue, we firstly recommend you try to clear Teams client cache file to see if it works:

If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar, and then select Quit.

Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key

+R.

In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.

Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.

Restart Teams.
