Can we extract data from multiple documents in Azure Form Recognizer. If yes, what is the maximum number of documents that we can extract.

Yes @Arjun Karthikeyan S Azure Form Recognizer supports data extraction from multiple documents. The maximum number of documents that can be processed in a single request is up to 500 pages.
