Outlook Address book user info missing

one of our new users info is not all showing in the global address book. it shows everywhere else. the title department company and phone. it shows in AD, Teams , 365 etc. It does show up under people in outlook webmail. All other users created after show up fine in outlook client

    Hi @Jason Jayko ,

    You could try updating the global address list manually.check if the OAB is up-to-date: In Outlook, go to Send/Receive tab > Send/Receive Groups > Download Address Book. Make sure the "Download changes since last Send/Receive" option is selected and click OK. This will download the latest version of the OAB.
