I have a University account logged in my Microsoft authenticator app and it doesnt let me verify stuff through it. I dont know why but everytime I get a message to "open your Microsoft authenticator app and insert the code" I do it and there is nothing on the app. I really need help with this since all of my University online logins are through that e-mail. This system is absolutely terrible, it turned simple logins into nightmares.

be sure you added the University account to authenticator. then open the app and select the University account. if the account supports one time codes, it should be displayed.
