Textbox Textwrapping not Functioning as Exepected

Despite creating a textbok with the Textwrapping option "Top and Bottom" there is text beneath the textbox. Please see the attached image before answering. Notice there is text beneath the textbox DESPITE indicating "Top and Bottom". Do not answer without addressing this. This is the question.Screenshot 2023-07-07 at 5.03.27 PM

    The text box is anchored to the same text that you're trying to wrap around it. This can lead to unexpected results. Try moving the anchor to another paragraph on the same page, if available.

    The "Top and bottom" Text Wrapping option means that the text goes above and below the object.
