Despite creating a textbok with the Textwrapping option "Top and Bottom" there is text beneath the textbox. Please see the attached image before answering. Notice there is text beneath the textbox DESPITE indicating "Top and Bottom". Do not answer without addressing this. This is the question.

No. This question/problem is still open.
The text box is anchored to the same text that you're trying to wrap around it. This can lead to unexpected results. Try moving the anchor to another paragraph on the same page, if available.
Another paragraph is not available. This must be a bug in the software. Or additional documentation for this use case should be provided.
The "Top and bottom" Text Wrapping option means that the text goes above and below the object.
This answer does not address the question. The user is familiar with the expected outcome of using "Top and Bottom". The user does not observe that behavior with the textbox utility. Please see the attached image and try again.
Perhaps you can share a sample document to clarify the problem then.
Hi Stefan. That is not necessary. The image illustrates the problem. There is an object, a textbox, denoted with a black square around it [this is shown in the image]. The object has the text wrapping setting "Top and Bottom" selected [this is shown in the image]. At the bottom of the black square, despite the text wrapping setting "Top and Bottom", there is text BEHIND the textbok [this is shown in the image]. All features of this problem are accurately represented in the image.

OK, you mean that the text is partly hidden by the image. I didn't see that clearly in the screen shot until you pointed it out. Obviously, that is not supposed to happen. Since I can't immediately think of an explanation for the behavior, a sample document would still help.
