Reschedule the power BI exam

Question

I already do what i to do for check in the test. Last step, after click button test, i need to wait to long and did not manage to talk to examiner at all. Right now, i cannot access the same code that i get. I want to reschedule the exam (without charge) because it was a technical issue...
