I had a similar issue today and it turned out to be by system clock (which was off by a couple of hours)

Hello,
I just create a new Azure account but am failing to login and just keeps redirecting back and forth. I tried logging in on my phone and it works but on the PC that i registered on it keeps on failing to work.
The account is still new, I haven't tampered with anything.
