Microsoft Authenticator Autofill not syncing correctly.

Question

I have the Microsoft Autofill extension on both Edge and Chrome. I changed my Microsoft account password which updated in Edge, however it still shows the old password in autofill in Chrome. I signed out of autofill in both browsers and cleared cookies and logged back in but the passwords still don't match. I then deleted the password from my Edge autofill and synced, resynced in Chrome but the password has still not been removed. The password I removed also still shows in Authenticator app on my phone. I'm completely out of any other options I can think of to get this synced across my devices except to delete it from Chrome aswell but that defeats the point of syncing, right? Why isn't this working?
