Hello Azure Community,

This is for my personal outlook account , Isn't a office 365 either company account. When I try to access to portal from any device always show me the message "more information required" after that take around 15m - 30m to permit my access to Azure portal.

User's image

Any Idea how to fix that? I already test from several devices, cleaning cache, and temporary files, also InPrivate windows and different browsers.

Thanks!

Luis

    Hello @Luis Arias !

Yes that is the issue !

Check Security Defaults please. it forces MFA for Global Admins!

I suggest to create another Global Admin and add MFA to secure your Tenant ,or leave security Defaults and follow the procedure to Register for MFA

To enable/ DISABLE PLEASE security defaults (or confirm they're already enabled)

    Important

You must be a Security Administrator, Conditional Access administrator, or Global Administrator to perform this task.

Go to the Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com/) and sign in.

Under Manage Azure Active Directory, select View.

    1. In the navigation pane, select Properties, and then select Manage security defaults.

On the right side of the screen, in the Security defaults pane, see whether security defaults are turned on (Enabled) or off (Disabled). To turn security defaults on, use the drop-down menu to select Enabled.

    1. Save your changes.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello @Luis Arias !

I am seeing that the message refers to an Organization

Is it possible you are invited into an Azure Tenant with your Personal Email ?

Login into Azure and Select the user icon on the upper right and check Change Directory and see which directories are you into

    Please come back with feedback

    I hope this helps!
