Hi，@One07k-4914. Welcome Microsoft Q&A. Do you use any Nuget packages? What are your TaskConfig, ToolCommandlineParams, Request definitions? Is it possible to show me minimal sample code that can reproduce the problem and steps to reproduce the problem and analyze it?

I get an exception stating that only one type of port is allowed. However, I closed the resource and reused the address and I got an exception. This is caused by the TIME_WAIT state. How can I avoid it?

Could you show the error message?

Steps to reproduce,

1.U have to create a client application(For me a 3rd party exe).I dont know have the code.I will pas port address as commandline.They willl establish the connection with my exe(Server).

2.Then try to run one after another from a queue.
