issue with SBC configuration

I tried to configure Session Boundary Controller (SBC) in the management center and connect it to direct routing according to the document, but what is the reason for the inability to operate?

    Which SBC are you trying to implement ? Ribbon ? Audiocodes ?

    A major issue that most users forget is the Baltimore Certificate Installation
