Mapping Printer with Item level targeting question

Hello, in AD Server 2019 I'm using the "Computer Configuration" GPP option trying to map a new HP Color LaserJet MFP E87740 network Printer using "Item level targeting" with the "tcpip" option. Screenshots below. The Sub OU containing the computers being targeted is under the OU that has the GPO attached. Within my Item level targeting I am targeting a computer security group that contains the computers that I want the Printer to be mapped to via tcpip. However being that "Item level targeting" is already targeting the group of computers that I want to receive this policy, I'm still confused as to what the "Security filtering Scope" should be targeting in the GPO under the scope tab? I've been successful with Deploying Printers by using the sharing GPP under the "user configuration" setting, but so far using TCPIP with this "Computer configuration" GPP method hasn't worked. Your feedback would be appreciated.
