Always get no reponse while taliking to a chatbot embedded into teams making by pva with azure open ai

I made a chat bot with power virtual agents .and added gpt 3.5 from the Azure openai .
then published to the team as a internal application.But it always reponsed nothing , even didnt reponsed an error.when I tested the bot in the pva bot test page,It reponsed quickly .
so I guess ,the issue may caused by the calling pva service part .Maybe the network ,maybe the policy ,or maybe the others.So by doing what tuning that make it reponse immediately everytime.
