All I can tell you is my office won't open. It continues to crand I can't access emails or any informatin the program. I've spent hours with technicians trying to fix it. And we're only able to achieve a temporary fix and then it crashes again. I am not in a position at the moment to work on it. But I would love to schedule a call back with the senior person.
