All I can tell you is my office won't open. It continues to crand I can't access emails or any informatin the program. I've spent hours with technicians trying to fix it. And we're only able to achieve a temporary fix and then it crashes again. I am not in a position at the moment to work on it. But I would love to schedule a call back with the senior person. This has been an ongoing problem for 10 days. I've talked to several technicians. I've called at least 7 times for the same issue, and we've only been able to.
