How to onboarding MDE to Proxy Server?

I have a Server that Proxy setted.
I want to onboarding Arc Agent and MDC to Server.
I successed onboarding Arc Agent but, I couldn't onboarding MDC (MDE agent to Windows Server)
I did MDE anayzer. and I got below results.
and I don't have WAF and I allow every port to this server.
Please let me know how to onboard MDE Agent to Windows Server .

You need to make sure that you specify the proxy server IP address or the name and port number that the machine will use to communicate with the proxy server.
