BMC OEM logs from Microsoft Windows

When Windows Server 2022 boots, we can see 2 OEM logs in the BMC system event log. Hope to find more details about these records. IPMI SPEC has defined standard SELs, but these belong to OEM logs and are not within the scope of IPMI SPEC. Judging from Manufacturer ID = 0137, these two logs come from Microsoft, so Microsoft must have a SPEC that defines these events, but I can't find this document.
