
Run Excel and Word LOCAL but use cloud files ?

With some persons I've shared an Excel file and a lot of Word files in a folder in my cloud.
I want each of these persons to run EXCEL local on their own pc with the Excel-file from the cloud - I have figured this out !
The Excel file has a lot of shapes each representing a person with data in stored in the Word files in the cloud folder.
By clicking one of the shapes I want to open the Word file related to that person to see his data.
How can I make a sort of PATH to each of these Word files in the cloud to be use LOCALLY in Word to open each of them - of cause one by one - I have the Word file name stored in the shape for the person.
Any ideas ?
