Viewing an invoice
- Navigate to theBilling Invoices &> for Payments page in the Admin Center.
- On the Invoices tab, select the invoice you want to view. If no invoice is displayed, use the date filter and select Last 3 months, Last 6 months, or Specify date range.
- The Invoice Summary page displays invoice details, including the list of items, the price for each item, and the total cost for all items in the invoice.
- To print or save a PDF copy of the invoice, select Download PDF.
If you want to receive a copy of your invoice by email, see Manage billing notifications and invoice attachments.
Note: Microsoft 365 services do not provide payment receipts. For credit card payments, use the invoice and credit card statement to reconcile your payment.
Receive your organization's invoices as email attachments
You can have a copy of your organization's invoice attached as a PDF file to invoice notification emails when a new invoice is ready. Follow the steps below to receive invoices as attachments.
- Go to the Billing>Billing Notifications page in the Admin Center.
- Under Billing Notifications Settings, select Edit Notification Settings.
- In the Billing Notification Settings area, under Attach a PDF to your billing emails, select the check box, and then select Save.
To stop receiving the invoice attachment at any time, follow the steps above and clear the Attach a PDF to your invoice emails check box in step 3.
Note: Billing administrators can also perform the steps in this section.
