Unable to access teams from another tenant

Hi!

We have users with access to another Teams tenant and for some reason the users are unable to login now.
From my quick research, guest users do not need licences.
Users that before were able to login, cannot pass the user step. I didn't even ask for password.
For testing porpuses, I asked to the admin invite me to their tenant and the result is the same.
They did not deleted our guest accounts from their end.
Any ideias of what is causing it?

Thanks!

    Hi

    IMHO - It sounds like they have set some policy on their Teams Admin tenant to remove the guest access - its a common one that's found as a risk in Secure Score:

    Hope this helps,

    @Jonatas Borges

    It's possible that there could be a number of different causes for this issue. One possibility is that there may be a problem with the authentication process. Another possibility is that there may be an issue with the permissions associated with the guest accounts.

    To troubleshoot this issue, you may want to try the following steps:

    1. Verify that the guest accounts are still active and have not been deleted on the other Teams tenant.
    2. Check to see if there are any issues with the authentication process. For example, make sure that the users are entering the correct login credentials and that there are no issues with the authentication servers.
    3. Check the permissions associated with the guest accounts. Make sure that the users have the appropriate permissions to access the Teams tenant.
