- Can you please confirm if the subscription used for AAD is in the same tenant as the VPN Gateway?
- Based on the troubleshooting doc here Can you please clearing the sign-in information and see if that resolves the issue?
- Based on the troubleshooting do above, can you please check the Diagnostic logs and Client Log file? and let us know if you are able observe any additional errors.
