Using Actions Pane control in Word Add-in

I would like to know if it is possible to add an actions pane control within a Word add-in project?

I may manually need to include it in the Add References dialog, but I don't know how to do this.
I've looked at the information related to the link, but it only applies to Word Documents projects.
What I'm still looking for is the information for including Actions Pane controls while I'm in the Word
VSTO Add-in projects in Visual Studio, not in the Word VSTO Document project.
Here are the two screenshots below of what's included in the Add-in project.
