    @Liuru Nan in order to request refund, you can submit a billing support request which is free of charge.

    1. Sign into the Azure portal.
    2. Select "Help + support" from the left-hand menu.
    3. Select "New support request" from the top of the page.
    4. Under "Issue type," select "Billing."
    5. Under "Problem type," select "Refund request."
    6. Fill out the required information, including the date and time of the issue, the impacted services, and your contact details.
    7. Select "Create" to submit your request.
