I received and invoice for a product I haven't used

Dear support and staff,

I have received an invoice for a product I haven't used

  • Blobfeatures – SSH File Transfer Protocol RA-GRS – Deutschland, Westen-Mitte
  • Invoice No. G025722481

I don't have any blob storage and I don't use any SSH protocol, especially not for the whole last month. So, there is no possibility for me to cancel anything.

I tried to request a refund but at the last step the system says it couldn't process my request any more and I should contact the support. The invoice is already paid and I would like to get a refund for the product that I haven't used in the mentioned time period.

Unfortunately, there is no e-mail address displayed at all I could send my issue to, so I will try this forum.

    Hi,

    Contact Azure support directly. All Pay as you go subscriptions are able to create Billing support tickets.

    They will be able to look into the backend for you. You should be able to go through the Azure Cost Management for last month as well, and track down the resource that could have been using it.
