Dear support and staff,
I have received an invoice for a product I haven't used
- Blobfeatures – SSH File Transfer Protocol RA-GRS – Deutschland, Westen-Mitte
- Invoice No. G025722481
I don't have any blob storage and I don't use any SSH protocol, especially not for the whole last month. So, there is no possibility for me to cancel anything.
I tried to request a refund but at the last step the system says it couldn't process my request any more and I should contact the support. The invoice is already paid and I would like to get a refund for the product that I haven't used in the mentioned time period.
Unfortunately, there is no e-mail address displayed at all I could send my issue to, so I will try this forum.
