How to do xamarin.forms (uwp) app migration with using .Net MAUI?

I have a Xamarin. Forms (iOS, android and UWP) app. I need to migrate the app from Xamarin. Forms to .NET MAUI. I have red the documentation and understand that the .NET upgrade assistant provide support for ios and android, but not uwp. in my case my project contains ios , android and uwp. any one please suggested me how to achieve this.

After investigation, the automatic upgrade assistant does not yet support the migration of Xamarin.forms UWP projects to MAUI.

The .NET Upgrade Assistant for .NET MAUI doesn't support upgrading UWP projects, iOS extension projects, or binding projects.

This is mainly due to the UWP technology used in Xamarin.Forms and the WinUI3 used in MAUI.

For the UWP part, you need to manually migrate the functionality to the MAUI project under the platforms/Windows folder, you could refer to this Desktop app porting guidance.

whether the automatic upgrade facility is going to be provided in near future, is there any approximate time lines ?
