Microsoft Authenticator

Hi !
I Lost my mobile , now i can't sign in anyway my business account cause i used microsoft authenticator app for sign in . How i can reset away sign in without authnticator ? ( My account is admin account )

Back up and recover account credentials in the Authenticator app
