we scanned the QR code, and after I click the next, it showed authentication registration has timed out
it kept showing error message, like We are sorry, we ran into a problem, choose next to try again
it just cannot pop up the verification number which i could use to verify in the authenticator
the thing is, we use the same account to try in China, it worked and success, but our employee in US failed
it's not for authenticator, the authenticator has gotten the account, but when I click Next on the laptop, it is showing nothing but error message
