Hi Everyone,

I have found many docs about migrating AD certificate services from W2K8 to W2K19.

  1. Is W2K22 a possible upgrade path?
  2. If not, can you guys suggest a great or better guide than these ones?
  3. Any gotchas that I should be looking out for?

Thanks, Everyone

I wouldn't use guides you referenced, because they don't cover all migration scenarios and implications. There is an official, the most complete ADCS migration guide you should carefully read and follow: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2012-r2-and-2012/dn486797(v=ws.11). Although it is for Windows Server 2012 R2, same principles apply to Windows Server 2022, nothing was changed since then regarding migration.
