Does Azure AD supports Dynamic Client Registration?

Developing an OpenID connect (OIDC) solution for an application where user can register IDP Provider in the application using Dynamic Client Registration . There are few IDP like Keycloak, Ping Identity that supports dynamic client registration. But there is no clear documentation from Azure AD on whether it supports Dynamic Client Registration. Does Azure AD supports "Dynamic Client Registration" or is there any plan to support in the future?
