Error with the installation of Windows virtual servers 2022

Question

Hello,

I'm having an online course about servers and virtual servers. 

I installed 2 VS, one of them works ok, the other one just can't connect the the network.

As can be seen, I defined another Ethernet connection that for some odd reason sometimes connects to the netowrk (Windows Fix sometimes finds a solution as the problem is "DHCP is not enabled on Ethernet 2".

I tried adding the IPv4 address, it doesn't work.

How do I fix?

Will it be simpler to uninstall it and reinstall? If yes, how do I perform the Windows server uninstall?

Is it supposed to be a domain controller? If so a domain controller and all members must use the static ip address of domain controller listed for DNS and no others such as router or public DNS. Also the default gateway should be the next router's ip address.
