i downloaded drivers for bluetooth , but didnt work , and then my bluetooth adapter stopped working too , anyhelp please😭😭

I downloaded some drivers to my pc so i can fix my bluetooth problem as after my pc gone from windows 7 to windows 10 , bluetooth stopped working , but none of those drivers worked. I tried to use my bluetooth adapter cuz after i moved to windows 10 i bought one , but it stopped working too , i tryed uninstalling tge drivers and removing their files but nothing worked , anyone can help me 😭😭😭 is there a way where i can reset to the moment before i installed those drivers or something ?

    Make sure the manufacturer chipset was installed. The chipset allows the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board.
