please, try to fix this for 6 hours
I have uninstalled and installed again and again but still the error message keeps appearing

Windows does not require or use the C++ runtime. Some application installation required and installed it. One option may be to reinstall that application.

I would reinstall it but I couldn't even get to it, the installer is the one that puts the error but even so, thanks for answering :'v

Not sure what this means. Control Panel\Add / Remove Programs then I'd uninstall it and the C++ runtime, then after reboot try installing the program again.
