Could you please help me in downloading the msxml6.dll and msxml6.msm files

Regarding msxml6, I have searched for the following two documents, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/desktop/cc507436(v=vs.85)#system-requirements and https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous -versions/windows/desktop/jj152146(v=vs.85)#msxml-releases Unfortunately, the download link inside has expired. I have reported this issue.

Looking to upgrade msxml3 to msxml6
