    You are trying to installSQL Server 2008; that version is out-of-support since a very long time.

    On which OS version are yor trying to install th SQL Server?

    Is the OS supported by SQL Server 2008?

    Thank you everyone. I have reinstalled the SQL 2016 version and it is now working properly. Indeed, the SQL 2008 version is too outdated
