I can't find mailing groups in the new version of outlook for mac

Good afternoon! I can't create a mailing group in the new version of outlook for mac. As if there is simply no such function. Help please

What do you mean about "mailing groups"?
And can you create it in Legacy Outlook? If so, please provide a screenshot of it for our better research. (To avoid your privacy, please remember to hide your personal information.)

Do you mean that you cannot find the "Forward" icon in every email?

And for the web version of Outlook, based on my test, i can find the "Forward" icon, as shown in the below image. It's suggested that you could re-log in and check if there're any differences.

If it doesn't help, please change to another browser to check if "Forward" icon is available.

And so, when I forwarded it to another addressee. The problem is that these labels do not appear in the web version of outlook, how to enable it?

Based on my research, seems like it's related to a transient backend incident. If you are the administrator, you might be able to see the EX661478 in the Issue history of the Service Health Dashboard:

And based on my test on Outlook for web, i can see the replied icon successfully:

So please log in to Outlook for web and check if the icons work normally. If not, please wait patiently and pay attention to the status update of this issue.
