Teams device messages are out of sync

Teams device messages are out of sync. After I came back from vacation, I used the same account on my device at home. But the records of working from home are not displayed on the company computer. How can I find my previous customer information? I am grateful for anyone's help! I hope it doesn't affect my business!

    Hi @EruptSvgymsj

    If you're having sync issues in Teams, a banner appears at the top of the app containing a Refresh link. Click the link to restart your app; you should be fully synced once everything is up and running again.

    If the refresh banner doesn't appear, please try the following methods:

    a. Manually restart the application by right-clicking the icon in the dock (Mac) or taskbar (Windows) and selecting Exit. After quitting, just click on the app icon to open it again.

    b. Check if Tams is not updated:

    c. Clear the team cache:

    d. Log out and log back in to your MICROSOFT team account:
