How to fix unknow installation error while installing WebView2 v109?

I have downloaded the installer from https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=webview2%20.
When running the installer, I am getting the Unknow installer error. I ran the installer in admin mode also I verified there are no WebView2 runtime installed already. I tried clearing the %temp% folder too but no luck
WebView2 version - 109
OS version -Architecture - 64 bit
