It seems that the netsh command you are using only blocks the connection to the SSID, but does not hide it from the list of available networks. To hide the SSID completely, you may need to use a different method depending on your wireless router or access point.
Here are the steps to hide a specific wireless network name;

- Change the wireless network name (SSID) to something else.
- Enable the "Hide SSID" option in your router's settings. This will make the network name invisible to others.
- Save the changes.
