I keep on getting the error message "Completions call failed. Please try again." with no other details when trying to use GPT3.5 in the Chat Playground. Both the playground and calling the API from python were working a few days ago. I have changed resource rates and tried creating new deployments since then, but I don't think any of that should lead to this issue. Any idea what may be going on?
For context, I'm in East US and using GPT-35-turbo
Additional context: The Playground works when I sign out of my VPN, but I need to be on the VPN for this work. I have since disabled all firewall restrictions to see if that was the issue, but I still receive this error when using the VPN.

That's right. I am allowing access from all networks. I have tried logging in from an incognito window and it's been over 2 hours since I made the networking change, but I am still getting issues when I'm behind my company VPN.

I've talked to two other individuals at two different companies, and they are also having problems accessing GPT behind their VPNs. This appears to be a new issue as of ~1 week ago.
