Unable to transfer an msdn subscription to another account administrator

Hi,

We have encountered an issue where we have changed one of our developper email to facilitate his sign experience in in azure (after a rebrand of the compagny). Both domain names are in the same azure AD of the company.

In order to keep his azure benefits from msdn, we have assigned another visual studio subscription to the new email of the developer.

The result is that the previous azure subscription associated with the previous email of the developper does not have an existing account administrator anymore. Since, we didn't add co-administrators to this subscription, we are not able to transfert it to another administrator.

We are currently stuck with a read-only azure msdn subscription and unable to transfert it.

Is there a way to fix this? We are not able to create a support ticket in the portal as well...

Thanks,

    Hello @Francis Gauthier !

    Welcome to Microsoft QnA!

I have faced a similar issue

The way to fix this is by using Azure Support

Go to Help Support and create a Ticket

They will guide you to make this work for you

Do not worry about the Subscription ID

Use another ID of the Same Tenant if possible

    I hope this helps!
