How do I solve a capacity error when deploying a new model in Azure AI Studio?

I receive an odd error when attempting to deploy a new AI model deployment in Azure AI Studio:

I am also not able to deploy from the models directory

    The models are getting deprecated and available in specific regions

    Have a look on the new limits and deprecation dates
