yesterday i wrote exam ,at first I'm unable to get into the exam like I didn't got exam window.asking for chat and no one is replied. after some time my exam was opened and that time each question takes 15 seconds to appear.I lost almost 5 min for that one. because of that I couldn't attempt 6 questions. and now i need to take re exam i missed in just 30 marks. why should i pay agai n 4500 INR for your mistake.please solve this.I need that certificate badly.
