Authentication call issue
When i am trying to login to portal.microsoft.com, i am sked to select business account. Once i select it, there is a process of calling my number for verification. Erlier, i used to receive this call.
But now, since yesterday, i am not receiving the call.
First it says, we are calling on your mobile. Few seconds later, it says we tried calling your number, but did not receive any response, hence could not be verified.
While i do not receive any call, yet i receive this error
Could you please help in this. As a result of this, i am unable to use my business account.
