"No data found" in Azure AI Studio Quotas after being onboarded to the service
I was successfully onbarded to the Azure OpenAI Service when provided my company's Enterprise subscription. An Azure OpenAI Service was created by our infra team on the 'East US' location with pricing tier 'S0' and when going to the Azure AI Studio first to create a new deployment to then use the chat Playground, I am blocked because "No quota is available for this deployment. You can request for more quota."
When going to the Quotas section and select my subcription and region 'EASTUS' there are no quotas at all, just this message: "No data found. We couldn't find any data for the selected subscription and region."
Was I supposed to get some quotas immediatly after the OpenAI Service was created or do I have to request more quota via the MS form or do I have to see with our company's Azure admin to define some budget or something else? Who can allocate quotas and how?
