how to fix network issue on pearson VUE scheduled exam

as I did system test before exam day it was ok no problem was detected but on the exam day this issue has been there. Today ,on 13 july 2023 Thursday at 4.30 AM according to Indian time zone IST Calcutta but i was neither able to start my exam nor reschedule my exam,please guide me further,

    What's the problem?

    Yesterday I took a test and I had network problems too.

    I disabled the firewall and disabled Windows Defender and it worked, try to do this
