My own PC was newly stalled win 10, then the work space D E F is showned to be locked by 28 digits password. I have found all my win account and it's not there. I guessed I opened the bitlocker accidently and it's not a obligatory option, so it's not saved anywhere.

Now my important working file is locked in space D. Please creat a way to get it from system. Many thanks.

Sorry not good enough. This is not a consumer level product and should not be rolled out to anyone except administrators. Your average user has no idea that bit locker is running. They have less than a clue how to back up the key. Your solutions, frankly, are laughable. Your technical support won't even allow you to talk to a support agent. I wonder why? This is likely highly illegal and you know it. Cracking bitlocker is likely completely legal if you own the machine and it is your data. You will know this also. It will only be a matter of time before a cracker is commercially marketed for personal use. I suspect you've had 100s of thousands of calls asking for their key and this nonsense is the advice you give them? So many buy their machines used it's incredible you haven't had to pay out billions I e. Under EU consumer law. An unbelievable situation you refuse to deal with. You "used" to rely on a login password for Windows access and bitlocker for drive encryption (Vista) I.e. do if machine was physically taken it was safe. Now you know Windows passwords aren't secure so you come up with this silly solution that leaves millions of users to lose trillions of hours of work. Do you have any idea of the legal liability this exposed you to? This is an active device management solution and you've rolled it out so consumers are dealing with something they don't have the keys, passwords or accounts because they never set them, activated it or even know it's running until say...you push out a bios update and it screws it because of something like a failing battery and the consumer is locked out overnight because you are messing with their hardware. That's right a firmware update is a hardware 'burn' that you have decided to mess with a person's private property and the bios is not part of the windows operating system. Again unbelievable hutzpah at work here. Now to get data back we have to go to data recovery services that are not cheap and will crack out drives open to read the last key stored to recover this. I know of one data recovery software that is commercial that is already attempting to crack the key. Perfectly legal as long as you are accessing your own data on your own hardware. None of which belongs to Microsoft. If someone tried to crack Windows code ..maybe you have a case. But you have none here I think.
